Founding Story

I​ started my journey as a nutritionist when a client asked me for a simple favor, and I have been cooking for my clients ever since. She said something like "well can you cook it for me and I just eat it," and I thought well why not? I became a certified nutritionist through ISSA, gained my certificate though Servpro, and now have hours and hours of experience cooking for people.

I started out as a trainer, so I already knew what the body was capable of, but with the proper nutrition my clients are just different beasts. Food really is the key to success. To be Fit you must first have a Fit Kitchen. 

Our Approach

Fit Kitchen strives to take our clients' goals from the gym and translate them into the kitchen. Food has such an array of possibilities that even the most health conscious individual may be confused on things like macros and diet nuances. A simple removal of a certain ingredient or addition of protein or healthy fat may change someone's entire outlook on kitchen fitness. Fitness is comprehensive. There is no magic pill or one way to achieve body goals, but our goal is to help our clients figure it out and stick with it.
